The Challenge
The client, a Nigerian property developer, needed to complete the interior fit-out of a 1,200 sqm luxury villa in Lagos within a tight 3-month construction schedule. The challenge was sourcing multiple product categories — kitchen cabinets, tiles, wardrobes, sanitary ware, and windows — from different suppliers, each with different lead times and quality standards.
Previous experiences with fragmented procurement had resulted in mismatched finishes, delayed deliveries, and costly site storage issues. The client needed a single partner who could consolidate everything under one purchase order and one quality standard.
