The Challenge
The client, a California-based real estate investor, was building a 950 sqm modern luxury villa in Los Angeles County. The project required products that met stringent US building codes — particularly NFRC-certified windows for Title 24 energy compliance and CARB Phase 2 compliant flooring for indoor air quality standards.
